2. General
We only process personal data where this is necessary to provide our website and our Minecraft network. The legal bases are in particular Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (contract / terms of use) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation).
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by [name and address of the host]. When you visit it, information sent by your browser is recorded automatically: IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer, browser type and operating system. This data is used for security and troubleshooting and is deleted after [14] days at the latest.
4. Cookies
The public pages do not set any tracking or marketing cookies. Only the application area and the protected staff area use a technically necessary session cookie (protection against form abuse or login), which is deleted when you close your browser (Section 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG).
5. Server status
The player count shown on the website is requested directly from our own server. No data is sent to third parties. Fonts are loaded locally; there is no connection to Google Fonts.
6. Data on the Minecraft network
When you play on our network we process in particular:
- Minecraft username and UUID
- IP address (to prevent abuse and punishment evasion)
- Chat messages and commands (to enforce the rules)
- Game progress, statistics and purchases
As part of moderation, our staff store reports, issued punishments and internal notes linked to player names. This data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed to enforce the rules, at the latest after [24 months].
7. Staff applications
If you apply via our application form, we process your Minecraft name, optionally your Discord name, and your answers in order to review your application and contact you (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). To protect against spam, your IP address is only stored in an irreversibly hashed form. Application data is deleted no later than [6 months] after the decision, or kept for the duration of your membership if you join the team.

If you follow links to Discord or our store, the privacy policies of the respective provider apply.
